I highly recommend ZOHO for their CRM application, invoicing and document creation/management. They are adding new apps (I can't keep up with them) all the time. I do get the feeling that they should slow down on the new app rollouts and concentrate on the integration for a while though. Anyway, for CRM there isn't anything better that i've seen. And i've tested a lot of them. And at about, oh...100% less expensive than any of the others it's a no brainer. If you need to keep track of prospects and clients, give ZOHO CRM a try. And for invoicing...well, they are missing some reporting that would be nice but for ease of use and cost ($8/month for up to 25 invoices) it's hard to beat.
